Subletting
First check
There are certain things that we at Kista Studentbostäder cannot help sub-tenants with, for example:
- Changing cylinder locks (only the principal tenant is entitled to request this). We will only do this if you can produce a written power of attorney and a copy of the tenant's identification.
- Opening locks – if you do not rent from Kista Studentbostäder we cannot let you into the apartment even if you have a written agreement. Our agreement only applies to the principal tenant.
- Rent advice notices – These are only sent to the principal tenant.
