Hi, hope you are having a nice summer! Here comes information about the ongoing projects for the student houses during 2022-2023. In order to create a nicer and safer environment in our houses, our renovation of the apartments continues, we have even added the refreshing of the public areas and the kitchens, as well as the creation of more inviting courtyards.
Safety is a very important question so that you as a tenant can feel comfortable with us, this is a task that we are continuously working on. During the autumn a new access system is going to be installed as well as cameras in the public areas. We will send out information about when and how it is going to work shortly.
New renovated apartments, you who is affected by the renovation will be contacted by Citycon. There will be a show apartment available for you to go and look at and get an idea of what is planned to be renovated. A newly renovated apartment will involve a smaller rent increase of 361 kr/month.
Renovation of courtyards, kitchens and public areas will take place during 2023, more information will be sent out later this autumn.
The washrooms have been repainted during the spring of 2022.
