Kista Studentbostäder is owned and managed by Kista Galleria KB. The mall was supplemented with student housing in connection with an expansion of the shopping center in 2002. An extensive renovation of the student housing is currently underway, which is expected to be completed early next year.
Kista galleria today has 130 shops and restaurants, cinema, bowling and a popular food court. In addition, there is a solid range of services with everything from the post office, BVC, health center and dentist.
Kista Galleria is owned by Citycon and CPPIB. The technical and commercial management is administered by Kista Galleria KB.
