Together with cooperative partners, Kista Galleria KB is represented in the property 24-hours a day, 365 days a year.

The leasable area is approximately 89,400 square metres of which around 56,700 square metres is made up a shopping centre, around 9,200 square metres in office space, around 4,600 square metres in storage area, around 10,000 square metres in student housing, around 8,100 square metres by a hotel and around 800 square metres of other area. Including the parking garage, the managed property comprises a total of about 133,000 square metres.
